Donations Needed

We are actively trying to make improvements to our facilities and community areas. The past few years we have experienced a high volume of maintenance costs for pool equipment and plumbing. We would like to work on small projects that can be accomplished with volunteers and donations. To donate, please see payment link below. We also accept Zelle. If there is specific project you would like your donation to go towards, please put the project name in the notes section of your donation. We appreciate any and all help!

Re-Stain Playground

Our playground requires regular re-staining for wear and tear upkeep. Price is for 2 gallons or wood stain. Volunteers are needed to help with this project.

Pool Chairs

We would like to begin replacing pool chairs gradually as out older chairs are falling apart. Price quote is $279 per chair plus $150 shipping. Chairs will be metal, all white like current chairs for smooth transitional upgrade.

Playground Mulch

We would like to improve the drainage of the playground area to reduce erosion and mud. Cost includes 25 plastic border pieces for border and 39 CU. FT of playsafe rubber mulch. Volunteers are needed to help with this project.

Table and Chairs

We would like to replace the table that broke last year. Price includes 3 year warranty. Table and chairs are wrought iron in black.
