Front Entrance

The lighting and landscaping for the front entrance to the neighborhood off Russell Road is maintained by donations from within the neighborhood, and we encourage every home to participate. While the front entrance belongs to the entire neighborhood, these donations are managed by the TST Board through a wholly separate account from the Swim and Tennis Club.

Please donate $25, $50, $75 or more every year. If every household donates, the annual expenses will be covered, and we will have some extra for minor improvements. If you are a renter, we would ask that you donate or alert your landlord to the annual donations.

To pay for your front entrance donation through Zelle, send funds to “tstboard@gmail.com”. Use “TST” as the first name of the recipient, and “Board” as the last name. In the Notes section, include “front entrance donation”. There are no processing fees when you pay with Zelle.
