Pavilion Reservations

Our open-plan pavilion is ideal for picnics and parties. TST Members may reserve the pavilion in hourly increments at $30.00 per hour. This time should include set-up and clean up, so please plan accordingly. The maximum attendance (swimmers and non-swimmers) may not exceed 50.

We invite pool members to reserve the pavilion for events throughout the summer season. (Reservations are not permitted on Opening Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Closing Day.)

We have also clarified with our insurance agent that lifeguards are not required during reservations.

Pay by Check

Download, complete, and drop off the Pavilion Reservation Contract with your security deposit and rental fee to the mailbox at the pump house (1551 Ashwood Way). It is located on the left side of the entry gate.

Pay Online

Download, complete, and drop off the Pavilion Reservation Contract to the mailbox at the pump house (1551 Ashwood Way). It is located on the left side of the entry gate. You may also email the Contract to tstbord@gmail.com.

To pay for your security deposit and rental fee through Zelle, send funds to “tstboard@gmail.com”. Use “TST” as the first name of the recipient, and “Board” as the last name. In the Notes section, include the type of payment (security deposit or rental fee) and event date, such as “Security Deposit for rental on July 1”. There are no processing fees when you pay with Zelle.

To pay for your security deposit through PayPal, use the link below. The amount includes the PayPal processing fees.

Please allow a 3-day response time as the Board is made up of volunteers.
