The Timbers Swim and Tennis Club (TST) hopes to continue the tradition of providing excellent facilities, adding value to our subdivision, fostering a sense of community, and having a lot of fun!
Everyone that lives in the Timber Ridge neighborhood benefits when this important community asset is properly maintained. Your membership is vital to our continued success.
Our best form of advertising is word-of-mouth, so please spread the word to your family and friends nearby. As we are a Swim and Tennis Club (not an HOA), everyone is welcome, and anyone can join.

Our 2027 Pool Season is from May 22, 2027 to September 12, 2027.
114 days of summer fun!
Household Memberships are for a household of any combination of children and adults.
Senior Memberships are for a household with only adults at 62 years of age or more.

Electronic Registration
Electronic registrations can be completed via the link below. After you fill in your information, you will be taken through a secure process to make your payment. Payments can be made via bank/credit card, PayPal, and Venmo.

Paper Registration
The 2027 paper (PDF) registration form can be found below. There are two versions: a plain form to print out and fill out by hand and a fillable PDF to complete electronically.
- Plain form to print, fill out by hand, and drop off at the pool mailbox
- Fillable PDF to complete electronically and return via email
Payments can be made by Zelle or by check. For Zelle, email the completed registration form and send funds to “tstboard@gmail.com”.
To pay by check, return the completed registration form with a check to the mailbox at the pump house (1551 Ashwood Way). It is located on the left side of the entry gate.
Please allow a 3-day response time as the Board is made up of volunteers.
Recurring Payments
We accept recurring payments from October to May. Recurring (for example, monthly) payments can be made via Zelle or your Bank (send funds to “tstboard@gmail.com”.) You may also drop off checks at the pool mailbox. (Please email TST as a courtesy.)
The frequency and amount of payments are set by you based on your needs. Email the TST President at tstboard@gmail.com to discuss options.
To allow for recurring payments, you MUST register with a paper form.
You must start the recurring payments before the Early Bird Discount ends (March 31) to receive the discount.
Registration must be paid in full by Opening Day (May 22, 2027).
Registration Reminders and Notes
Membership payments are non-refundable.
As a reminder, no lifeguards are on duty at the pool. Each member is given a key and expected to follow the rules that you have read and acknowledged.

Once you turn in your application and payment, expect a 3-day response time on all application and key pick-up correspondence. If we do not receive both your application and payment, we will not be able to grant you access to the facilities.
For $25, you can get an additional key for the pool (either by check or using Zelle). Send an email to the TST Board to arrange pickup.
