🌟 Help Keep Our Pool Beautiful🌟

The Timbers Swim and Tennis Club (TST) is a community-run facility, and we rely on volunteers to help keep costs down and our amenities in great condition. We encourage all members to get involved by:

• Signing up for a week to help clean the facility
• Joining the lawn care crew to help keep the grounds mowed and maintained

Even a small contribution of time makes a big difference. Volunteering is a great way to support our pool, meet neighbors, and help ensure our community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place for everyone.

Please lend a hand and keep our facility clean. Sign up for a week (Monday through Sunday) and clean every few days when it’s convenient for you. Supplies will be provided in a secure location.

Duties include:

  • dispose of trash in restrooms, pavilion, and pool deck
  • replace trash bin liners
  • pull trash bins out to curb on Monday evening
  • pull trash bins in on Tuesday
  • clean sinks in restrooms
  • clean toilets in restrooms
  • clean floors in restrooms
  • clean tables in pavilion
  • replenish toilet paper and paper towels

During the growing season (April through October), we ask that the front entrance and pool property be mowed at least once per week. If possible, please also edge and blow off walkways and other paved areas. Every contribution, whether you volunteer once or multiple times throughout the season, helps keep our property looking its best.

The TST riding mower is located in the shed on the pool property, and the TST push mower is stored in the garage. Volunteers who need access to TST equipment will be provided with a special key.
